If you’re looking for a team that truly cares, Erwood Air is it. Our furnace died in the middle of an extremely cold winter season, but Melissa made the scheduling process stress-free with exceptional kindness too. The amazing technicians- Brett and Mark arrived exactly when they said they would and were professional, efficient and so respectful. They took care of everything and were so pleasant to work with. Thank you all! So grateful to the entire crew!

I had Brett come from your company , my hot water tank was not working , he was fast in getting here as well , but he was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to me ,and was just very professional ,as was the rest of the staff I talked to on the phone ! So happy with the company plus had my furnace maintenance done , as he said he had time if I needed it and I did so again a wonderful experience all around I definitely recommend this company! 😁👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had an incredible experience with Beric and Mark! From speedy service calls when our 20yr old furnace gave out in -35, to an incredible experience with the install of a new furnace! Beric and Mark answered every question we had with great knowledge, educated us and provided many options that suited our situation. Highly recommend😊

Erwood Air was so professional from start to finish with our new heat pump install, from the decision of what unit would be best for us, to the actual install. The Erwood Air staff clearly has extensive knowledge and understanding, plus courteous, respectful and very pleasant. The installers took time to make sure we understood how everything worked. Definitely recommend Erwood Air.

A big thank you to the folks at Erwood Air, they went out of their way to help my parents replace their water heater. They were able to move a few appointments around to accommodate a quick install. Thank you Beric and your team for a job well done.
